These short, accessible practices are designed for real life. The busy days, the tired days, the overwhelming days and the moments when you simply need a little support.

Move through the practices at your own pace. Repeat your favourites as often as you like and return whenever you need them.

No experience needed - just arrive exactly as you are.

These practices are for when your hormones have other ideas.

Created by me, Claire, a perimenopausal women who sometimes wants to move and on other days I struggle to roll out my mat. These supportive collection of yoga practices are designed to help you navigate the physical and emotional ups and downs of perimenopause. Expect gentle movement, nervous system support and practices to help you feel calmer, steadier and more connected to yourself.
