Yoga to support you as you manage fatigue. Created from my own experience of post viral fatigue. I taught these practices as I was managing my fatigue and the unrelenting wave of heavy limbs and a flat battery.
This is not about perfect yoga practice, wearing the right gear or finding an hour of spare time you don't actually have.
These short, accessible practices are designed for real life. The busy days, the tired days, the overwhelming days and the moments when you simply need a little support.
Move through the practices at your own pace. Repeat your favourites as often as you like and return whenever you need them.
No experience needed - just arrive exactly as you are.
These practices will help you to move in a really supportive way even on the days where you have nothing left.
