Description

Yoga for when your shoulders need care, not pushing. Created from my own experience of living with a painful shoulder injury, these practices are designed for the days when traditional yoga just doesn't feel accessible.

There are no planks, no binds, no pressure to push through discomfort and no expectation that your shoulder will behave itself.

Instead, you'll find gentle, shoulder-conscious practices that help you move, stretch and breathe in ways that feel supportive when your shoulder is sore, restricted or simply not cooperating.

This isn't a programme designed to treat or cure shoulder pain. It's a collection of practices that work around it, so you can still enjoy the benefits of yoga while giving your shoulder the care and space it needs.

You’ll still enjoy yoga, but not at the expense of your shoulder, here, you take it easy and don’t push beyond the “ouch”.

You don’t need to test your shoulder here, we meet it where it is today.

This is not about perfect yoga practice, wearing the right gear or finding an hour of spare time you don't actually have.

These short, accessible practices are designed for real life. The busy days, the tired days, the overwhelming days and the moments when you simply need a little support.

Move through the practices at your own pace. Repeat your favourites as often as you like and return whenever you need them.

No experience needed - just arrive exactly as you are.

These practices will help you to move in a really supportive way even when your shoulder is flaring up. Shoulder conscious movement where you may move and breathe in a different way than before - but you'll still enjoy the benefits of taking this time for you.

Expect gentle movement, nervous system support and practices to help you feel calmer, steadier and more connected to yourself.
