Wedding Calm

A gentle guided experience in the lead up to your wedding, for the night before and the morning of your wedding.

Your wedding is one of the most meaningful days of your life, but it can also feel overwhelming.

After years of working closely with brides, from coordinating weddings to supporting them on the morning itself, I've seen how easy it is to feel rushed, emotional and pulled in different directions.

Bringing together my years of wedding experience and my yoga and wellbeing knowledge, I've created something simple you can come back to.

A calm, steady presence in your pocket, helping you feel grounded, supported and more like yourself.

I've structured this with the night before and morning of your wedding in mind, because those are often the moments that feel the most intense. But this isn't just for then.

You can come back to these practices at any point in the lead up to your wedding, whenever things feel a bit overwhelming, emotional or like you need a moment to yourself.

You may use the breathwork before a fitting, the movement after a stressful day of planning or the hand massage when you just need to feel more grounded.

Think of this a something you can dip into whenever you need support and something that will be there on your wedding too.

Inside this experience:

The Night Before

To help you unwind, settle your thoughts and prepare for rest:

  • A calming breath practice (Nadi Shodana)

  • A guided rest (Savasana) to ease your body into sleep

The Morning of

To help you feel steady, present and gently uplifted

  • A simple breath practice (Breath Awareness & Breath of Joy)

  • A short nourishing yoga practice (no mat needed and can be done on the bed)

  • A self soothing hand massage to calm overwhelm and bring you back into your body

You don't need to do everything. You may like to follow it all or simply take one part when you need it most.

After being part of hundreds of weddings, I know how powerful it can be to have something to come back to, even for just a few minutes.

Think of this as having me there with you, gently guiding you back to calm.
